Refrigerator for preserving sensitive products used by laboratories

This refrigerator has been designed in response to the precise requirements of medical analysis for preserving temperature-sensitive products such as samples, reagents and serums.

The latest generation of equipment moreover complies with the SILVER and GOLD safety standard. 85-95 mm thick insulation with K less than or equal to 0.35W /m2.K guarantees low energy consumption. The very thick lockable outer door opens through 90⁰, the door closes automatically.

All setting and monitoring functions are grouped on the control panel equipped with a digital display and touchpad. This latest generation refrigerator is equipped with a single RS 485 interface enabling the refrigerator or freezer to be connected to a computer. All the control and monitoring functions can consequently be provided using a computer with special software.

The compressor is distinguished by its excellent performance, low noise level (<60dB) and minimal vibration. The RILSAN shelves promote the circulation of cold air inside the refrigerator. The electronic management system guarantees that the preset temperature is constantly maintained. The operating temperature can be set as required, as can the WARM and COLD alarm points. Two sensors located inside the unit constantly record the temperature, which is displayed on the control panel and transmitted to the electronic control system and graphic temperature recorder respectively. Any temperature deviations are therefore immediately detected.

The stainless steel interior provides optimal hygienic conditions and great sturdiness. Access to the mechanical equipment is easy and allows convenient cleaning.
